3. Information on the website
Content on the Website introduces our capabilities, services, and ways of working. Specifically:
- Content is not a binding offer and does not constitute a commitment on scope, cost, timeline, performance, or results for any specific project.

These documents define the scope of work, ownership of deliverables, confidentiality, acceptance, payment, and each party’s responsibilities. If these Terms of Use conflict with a services contract, the services contract prevails.

Any other copying, modification, distribution, republication, or commercial use of Content requires our prior written consent.
Names and logos of third-party technologies and products (for example Go, React, AWS, Kubernetes) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe technical capabilities; their display does not imply partnership or endorsement.

When you contact us by email, phone, Zalo, or other channels, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send passwords, access keys, customer data, or trade secrets until both parties have agreed on a secure channel and an appropriate non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Sending information through the Website does not by itself create a contractual relationship.

We will respond, verify the report, and acknowledge your contribution.
10. Disclaimer of warranties

14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. Updates to these terms
